Haley Toyota Certified Center Is Hiring For Automotive Sales Positions

If you have ever considered applying for a automotive sales position, the time to do so is right now! The Haley Toyota Certified Sales Center is in need of 6 sales consultants to begin a training class scheduled for the first week of May. If you are a recent college graduate with a degree in marketing or business, that would be a plus. The ideal candidate for our training class will possess a high degree of confidence and enthusiasm. If you can provide those two qualities, we will provide you with the knowledge that you need to be successful.

Market Value Pricing
  Our dealership realizes that the majority of consumers do not want to spend hours negotiating the price of a car. Neither do we. We also realize that the negotiation process has kept qualified candidates such as yourself from possibly applying for sales positions in dealerships. Our Market Value Pricing approach removes the negotiation from the sale of our vehicles by providing a sale price up front and compared to all other like vehicles in a 100 mile radius to our dealership. All of our vehicles have undergone a 110 point quality assurance check for safety and reliability. We provide our customers with an AutoCheck Vehicle History Report and service records for the vehicle.

Non-Commissioned Pay Plan And Five Day Work Week
  The retail automobile business has long been thought of as a straight commission, long hours type of business. We realize that you have to make a living and offer a guaranteed weekly salary plus bonus and incentive levels. We appreciate that there needs to be a balance in our emloyees lives between work and personal time. Your normal weekly schedule will be 45 hours in a 5 day work week. Our bonus and incentives will offer you the oppurtunity to reach for the stars with unlimited income potential. Your earnings will be a direct reflection to your efforts. You will have a large inventory of 500+ vehicles to offer to your customer. Sales consultants at our dealership have access to inventory from all 6 Haley Auto Group stores.

Desired Applicant Qualifications
 The internet has changed the way that car dealers do business and communicate with their customers. We are looking for candidates that can enthusiastically provide our customers with the information that they are looking for, both in person and electronically. We will expect that you are proficient in email writing skills, and the use of computers in general. You will learn several different methods of promoting yourself online as a professional autombile sales consultant through the use of press releases, blogging, and on social media platforms. You should possess an upbeat positive attitude, high energy level, and be willing to undergo our 2 week training process.
  A clean driving record and proof of insurabilty is a must as you will have to be licensed by the D.M.V. to sell vehicles in the state of Virginia. You will have to take a test at the D.M.V. and pass a criminal background check prior to being granted the license. We will prepare you for the test as part of your training process.
